ExpressLanes

Metro ExpressLanes on the I-110 and I-10 Freeways!
The carpool lanes on the I-110 and I-10 Freeways have been converted to ExpressLanes. The Metro ExpressLanes run 11 miles on the I-110 Freeway between the SR-91 Freeway and Adams Boulevard, and 14 miles on the I-10 Freeway between Alameda Street and the I-605 freeway. All vehicles, including carpools, need a FasTrak transponder to use the lanes.

It’s about choice.
Solo drivers with FasTrak can save time in the ExpressLanes! With new access to the ExpressLanes, solo drivers can now beat the traffic and save time by choosing to use the ExpressLanes as a toll-paying customer.

It’s about sharing the ride.
Carpools and vanpools reap rewards twice! Carpools and vanpools can continue to share the ride on the ExpressLanes toll-free with a FasTrak transponder. Plus, with the Carpool Loyalty Program, carpool and vanpool drivers are automatically enrolled in a drawing for a chance to win free gift cards each month they use the Expresslanes.

It’s about more transit service.
Transit riders on select transit lines along the ExpressLanes corridors enjoy more frequent service. Plus, with the Transit Rewards program, transit riders can earn ExpressLanes toll credits for riding.
